Carol Talley holds a BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz, and has participated in fine art workshops including those with Albert Handell, Glenna Hartman, Mark Kerchoff and Ken Auster.

In addition to her personal passion for making art, she has worked as an art educator both with adults and with at-risk youth in her community.

She has garnered numerous Best of Show, and Juror’s Choice Awards from a variety of juried exhibitions in California, maintains affiliations with the Santa Barbara Art Association, Pastel Society of America, Santa Barbara Studio Artists and SCAPE. Her paintings hang is commercial and private collections throughout the United States.
